Great adding Lola. I love how you have used first, then and now.
We’ve been on LBQ this afternoon.
Our Year 3s are so fortunate as they have visited Blackburn Rovers today. The children got to explore the changing rooms, walk through the tunnel, and even play on the pitch. It was amazing!
A brilliant handball and football session today in Year 6. Lots of fantastic values shown in our teams today.
This morning we had a visit from the people from Deaf Village as part of Deaf Awareness week. We thoroughly enjoyed it and learnt some sign language. Ask us to sign our name.
This afternoon, we have been on a local walk to Mill Hill Train Station. The children learnt that the railways are used to transport goods and we spoke about the changes through the years. A freight train even came past.
This morning, we had a visit from Deaf Village. They taught us how to use sign language and answered any questions the children had. It was very informative. Ask your child/ren to show you what they have learnt.
We are making friendship bracelets in provision this week.
Using the Chromebooks to help us with our letter formation.
Busy today at clever fingers!
Look at our cocoons!
It is Deaf Awareness Week this week. We had some visitors from Deaf Village Northwest in to teach us some sign language and explain to us what it is like to be deaf.
