This morning we took 3 children from our 1940's Christmas craft club to The Exchange, Blackburn. They decorated a tree using decorations they had made for the Christmas Tree Festival starting tomorrow, as part of the Blackburn light switch on.

The Christmas tree lights wil be illuminated by the Mayor of Blackburn with Darwen, Cllr Parwaiz Akhtar at 4pm on Saturday 25th November.

The Christmas tree festival event takes place, Saturday 25th November 4pm-9pm and Sunday 26th November 12pm-4pm, and on the weekend of 2nd/3rd December 12pm-4pm.
