Year 1 have enjoyed exploring and creating 3D sculptures using different types of paper, rolling and cutting techniques.

Our topic this term in Science is Plants. We sorted the different types of seeds and then did an investigation using a dry and soaked seed to spot the similarities and differences. Here we are opening the seed to investigate the different parts inside.

Some wonderful news over the Easter holidays… Miss Yates had a little boy called George who was born on the 4th April weighing 6lb12oz. Both Mum and baby are doing well!
