Working hard on our phonics.

Today we had an inspiring visit from the incredible Beth Tweddle.

We put our sequencing skills to the test today by working together to create a timeline of historical events. The pupils were excellent at organising everything from the prehistoric age to the present day and understanding the passage of time.

We have also had a little look at religious symbols and what they mean. We have also had a go at drawing these symbols.

Today we have had an English experience day with our story of The Stone Age Boy. We have had a look at cave painting and had a little go ourselves using the medium of charcoal.

Today we have had our second session of PE with Jake from EdStart. We have been working on a variety of skills from finding space, working as a team and practising our gross motor skills!

Yesterday, we had our first session of Art! Our unit this half term is based on spirals!

We loved our first PE session.

Enjoying lunch time at school.

A great day in Reception.

Fun in our outdoor area this morning.

Creating self-portraits.
