Being busy bees in Reception.

Global week of prayer- we visited Church today to take part in some prayer activities.

We have had a busy afternoon in Reception.

We have had a great morning in Reception.

Mrs Hargreaves' group have been working hard on partitioning 3 digit numbers using place value counters to help us. Why not try testing our sticky knowledge at home.

In Music with Junior Jam, we are learning how to improvise on the keyboards.

We have also had a fantastic time in PE with Jake the new PE coach.

This week we have spent time at church as part of the week of prayer.

This week in Science Year 3 have started to look at Rocks. we have looked at the different categories of rocks, Sedimentary, Igneous and Metamorphic.

Today we have enjoyed our first Junior Jam session! Every Friday, we will be learning Spanish, Computing and Music. We had so much fun today and did some super listening to our new teachers!

This week we have been very lucky to have PE with Jake from EdStart. Jake will be delivering our PE sessions every Thursday. This term we are doing JagTag. We learnt how to hold the ball securely, how to run with the ball whilst changing direction.
